COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Update

Due to the on-going COVID – 19 (Corona Virus) crisis and in line with both government and HSE advice we have had to make some temporary changes to the way we carry out our day-to-day business. These changes are necessary in order to keep our tenants, colleagues, contractors, stakeholders as well as our friends and families safe and well. These changes are as follows:

Walkin St. development nears completion

27 social housing units at Walkin St., Kilkenny nears completion

New Homes at Clonminch Tullamore

Oaklee Housing, in partnership with Offaly County Council, has secured planning permission for 19 social housing units at Clonminch, Tullamore.

May Day – Services Centre Closure

Oaklee Housing Service’s Centre will be closed on May Day, Monday 6th May 2019.

Plans for €9.5m Tullamore Development

Oaklee Housing received the green light for their new €9.5 million construction project in Kearney’s Field, Tullamore, Co Offaly. Working in partnership with Offaly County Council, Oaklee Housing proposed the development of a site, which will include 41 new housing units; providing much needed homes in the area.
